First Major R&D Review Since Feasibility-Study Abolition Covers Five Projects, Including an AI and Computing Hub

The government selected five projects, including a national science-and-technology information AI and computing hub, for the first review under its new framework for large infrastructure-oriented R&D. The proposal calls for investing 354.6 billion won from 2028 through 2031 to build a 40-MW integrated research-information infrastructure center.
