DeepMind released AlphaGenome Atlas, predicting molecular effects for 9 billion possible single-letter DNA variants. The roughly one-petabyte resource also provides an AVI score summarizing variant impact. Researchers can access it through a portal and API, but it is not approved for clinical use.
