Roger Marshall's Patient-Debt Lawsuits as a Doctor Examined

The New York Times reported that Senator Roger Marshall sued more than 700 patients over unpaid bills during his career as an obstetrician. Its analysis of Kansas court records found that 81 were arrested. Some patients were charged 18% annual interest and had bank accounts garnished.
